Congratulations to the SHS Engineering III/IV student teams who participated in the KidWind/Solar Challenge State Competition on Saturday, April 6, at James Madison University. Thirty-seven students from SHS, SMS and WES participated in the state competition this year! The Goon Squad team (Jacob Miller, Seneca Register, Shelby Huffaker, Katie Gallahorn) won 2nd place in the HS wind division and are headed to World Competition in Minneapolis in May. The Hungry Chickens team (Jaxx Leibhart and Peyton Bosmans) won 3rd place in the HS Solar Division.
