REQUISITIONS – The last day for SHS BKKPR to process requisitions and remit purchase orders to vendors is close of business on May 4, 2026.  If a requisition is SUBMITTED AFTER THIS DATE it will be voided.   

PURCHASE ORDERS - Increases will not be issued for open purchase orders after close of business on May 4, 2026. Any purchases made without a standing purchase order in place will not be paid from district funds. If for any reason a purchase is made it will be the responsibility of the purchaser and/or school to pay from Student Activity funds.  Remember to continuously review all open purchase orders to ensure that all products or services ordered have been delivered. Make every effort to ensure that all delivered goods and services are received in MUNIS by June 10, 2026.
