INVOICES - All invoices must be received and attached to its associated purchase order in MUNIS by June 10 2026. If you have received the product or service and do not have an invoice, contact the vendor to request one via email to expedite the process.


PURCHASE CARD (BOA) - Last day to use the Purchase Card (P-Card) for approved purchases that have an active purchase order in place is by end of day on June 10, 2026.
