Please note, the only paperwork acceptable will be the most up to date VHSL physical form, which can be found in the SHS front office or online at https://www.vhsl.org/vhsl-physical-form/.

If athletes attend the WHS physical, please do not leave the paperwork there! The paperwork needs to be collected and turned into the SHS front office or to a coach.
