"Packer Pride Products" Online Store Opens this Week

Dual-Enrollment Advanced Marketing students skillfully delivered pitches for their small business ideas to Shark Tank-style panels last Wednesday and Thursday, and are awaiting the award of seed money from the Youth Entrepreneurs organization to purchase supplies and materials to create their products. In the meantime, our virtual “Market Days” online store -- “Packer Pride Products” -- goes live this week! Please visit us and view our exciting products and services produced and offered by our amazing and creative students at https://packer-pride-products.myshopify.com/. Check back often, as we will be adding more great products and services after Spring Break!

We would also like to thank the following “Sharks” for their time, attention, and valuable advice last week: Bryan Thrift (SHS Principal), Wayne Briggs (SHS Assistant Principal), Tiffany Truitt (SHS Instructional Coach), Jeff Mordica (IWCS Director of Innovation and Strategic Planning), Lynn Briggs (IWCS Director of Community and Media Relations), Reeva Luecke (owner of O’Doodle Doo’s Donuts and Cone Slingers), Bill Dempsey (Recycling Perks), Carlyn Menser (Realtor, Anchor Realty), and Amy Lainhoff (Revutation). And we are grateful for Mrs. Garrow’s attention and coverage during both days of “pitching,” as well as the participation of Nate Delesline III from the Smithfield Times. Thank you all! We couldn’t have done it without you!
