If you have NOT been photographed, you must take your portrait and submit your pose BY November 1, 2021 as well. You can contact Lifetouch at 222-0222, or have your portraits taken by an outside provider.
Background MUST be BLUE, and you MUST be photographed in a drape or tuxedo.
