VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, March 6 — The SHS DECA Chapter sent 14 members to participate at the State Leadership Conference in Virginia Beach from March 4-6, 2022, earning multiple awards and five qualifying slots at the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) to be held in Atlanta in late April.
The SHS DECA team received financial contributions from family members to attend SLC, as well as generous sponsorship funding from several local businesses including BayPort Credit Union, Q Daddy’s Pitmaster BBQ, Brown’s Enterprises, Classic Hampton Auto Mall, H&H Auto Repair, and Watermark Travel.
